Commercial Trucks Sales Rep

The Small Business/Fleet Sales Rep presents new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale and maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.
Commercial Truck Sales job description includes; striving to maintain a steady supply of hot prospects at all times, Maintain a continuous follow-up system, Work closely with sales manager in all steps of the deal, Use telephone and email effectively to seek and obtain appointments with prospects, engage in conversation and build rapport with our existing commercial fleet customers, Cold call and visit local businesses inquiring about their current fleet program and offer information on our products and our dealership.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, previous sales experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, the ability to deliver world class customer service, and a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
Conducts vehicle test drives
Negotiates sale in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
Maintains accurate sales documentation
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Guides customers in filling out all appropriate paperwork
Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
Attends and monitors the product and sales training courses as required by dealership and/or manufacturer
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred
Verifiable sales performance (any industry)
Demonstrated ability to close sales
Negotiation expertise
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Excellent customer service focus
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Successful completion of pre-employment physical, background check and hair follicle drug test

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
