Key Holder (Store Associate)

THE POSITIONThis position's key responsibilities include:
Performs store opening and closing procedures which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring security of the building by locking and setting alarms.
Trains Store Associates on job duties as necessary.
Acts as the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable.
Greets and interacts with customers.
Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selects and suggests options suitable for the customers' needs, and answers customers' questions about merchandise.
Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
Prices and tags goods according to retail policy and restocks sales floor as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS (The stuff you must have)High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of one (1) year or retail experience highly preferred.
Schedule flexibility.
Is reliable and consistently comes to work on time and as scheduled.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds with no support regularly.
Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion (ie:
tagging or hanging clothes).
Manual dexterity is required.
COMPENSATION:
Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive.
Starting pay will be based on a candidate's experience, skills and education.
The pay range for this position is $16.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
